The Story Behind the Shot: It was the last day on Safari and we were desperately searching for a Cheetah we'd heard was hiding in the grass. As we slowly made our way across the Mara, we spotted her, taking a morning snooze. I was thrilled. It was my first experience seeing a Cheetah. But the best was yet to come. We saw a little flicker in the grass...and a small, spotted figure popped up from her hiding place. It was a baby cheetah, adorable, playful, curious and the perfect ending to our adventure.
